E's

E's is a manga series by Satoru Yuiga.  The "E's" are Espers, people with special powers who are feared by normal humans and protected by a mysterious corporation. 

In addition to the manga, there is an anime adaptation called E's Otherwise.  ADV Films released the anime in the U.S. while the manga was released by the now-defunct Broccoli Books.
