DRAMAtical Murder

DRAMAtical Murder (abbreviated as DMMd) is a visual novel from Nitro+Chiral, the company behind Togainu no Chi, Lamento, and Sweet Pool.  Unlike their other games, this one takes place in the future and involves, among other things, a virtual world.  


Another thing that sets it apart from Nitro+Chiral's other works is the slightly brighter color palette.  I especially like the abundance of blue in the design of the main character.

Artist Spotlight: Syunnpei Nakata

Today's Artist Spotlight post features the art of Syunnpei Nakata. He is the creator of Dragon Ranger, which has been featured before on HFG.

Nakata specializes in bara and what I like about his art is that it is full-color. I also like his sense of humor (Dragon Ranger, for example, is funny and hot).

Even More Kichiku Megane

When I did the previous Kichiku Megane post, I didn't think I would do another one. That's why I called it the "final" post. Well, what I should've said was "Never say never."

Steal!

Steal! is a yaoi game by Spray, the same company behind Gakuen Heaven and Kichiku Megane. It's also the source of the pic in HFG's previous post.  A piece of artwork from the game was first posted on HFG in a Misfits post.

I don't know exactly what the game is about, but judging from the pics I've seen, it looks to feature students who are assassins by night.  It's like a dark twist on Gakuen Heaven.

Happy New Year!

It's 2010! I hope everybody enjoyed their New Year's celebrations. I'm still recovering a bit from mine, so there won't be a full-fledged post today. However, HFG will kick off the New Year right tomorrow. A sneak peek is below...

Hanakage

Hanakage is the sequel to Hanamachi Monogatari.  Once again featuring artwork by Noboru Takatsuki, this game takes place a few years after the original.  There are both new characters and older versions of characters from the original game.

Below, you'll find some more art from the game that I could safely post here.  There seem to be more explicit scenes in this game than the first one.
