DuRaRaRa!! is a light novel series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda. The author of this series also wrote Baccano!. The show deals with a young man who moves to city and everything that happens to him there. There are a ton of characters so instead of trying to condense it anymore, I recommend you check out the Wikipedia page.
Like Baccano!, DuRaRaRa!! has an anime version which premiered pretty recently. Most of the art in this post comes from the anime. However, it should be noted that high-resolution fan art is easy to come by. It took me a little while to comb through what I have to find the official stuff.
