La Corda d'Oro in Black & White

HFG's occasional "In Black and White" series returns with La Corda d'Oro taking the spotlight. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this series, all the pictures in these posts are monochrome. The pics in today's post come from the La Corda d'Oro manga by Yuki Kure.

More La Corda d'Oro ~secondo passo~

If there are some Italian words in the title, then it must be time for a La Corda d'Oro post.  The second (and final) episode of La Corda d'Oro ~secondo passo~ recently aired in Japan. It's available to view on Crunchyroll, although non-subscribers will have to wait a few days.

Is this the end of the La Corda anime?  Part of me thinks it isn't.  Nobody can milk a franchise like Japan and I bet that if they make a proper third La Corda d'Oro video game, we will see another anime.  I wouldn't even be surprised if they completely rebooted it with all new characters and a new heroine a la Neo Angelique.  Whatever happens, I'll probably be looking forward to it nonetheless because La Corda is sort of a guilty pleasure for me.

La Corda d' Oro ~secondo passo~

Fans of the La Corda d'Oro anime will be happy to learn that it's getting a sequel.  La Corda d'oro ~secondo passo~ will be premiering in March in Japan.  Unfortunately, it looks like the show is not a new season of the anime but some sort of special or miniseries.  Still, this new show will have three new male characters  for eyecandy.

Merry Christmas! - Anime/Manga
